In this photograph, there is a row of boys, men and a few women, kneeling and standing on a concrete walkway of sorts and peering through the gap between the walkway and connected overpass. Most of them are leaning on the railing and they are all clearly focusing on something underneath the walkway. This is also an old picture because of the types of clothing worn and the black and white color of the photo.
